Notes on receiving parcels

Notes on goods receipt

1. Before signing for goods, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight

2. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is obviously damaged or torn, you must inspect the goods in front of the courier before signing for them, and make a note on the waybill before signing for them or refuse to sign directly if there is a problem

3. If the package that was not signed for in front of the deliveryman is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and feedback to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website), and provide the goods invoice, physical photos and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office for you

4. The normal signing for goods marks the end of the entire transportation process. Our company will not be responsible for any situation of the goods after normal signing for them

5. After the package is signed for, if there are any problems, please feedback to the customer service within 72 hours of signing for them. No more will be accepted after the deadline

Disclaimer

1. For fragile and vulnerable goods, no matter whether or not you choose to strengthen the packaging, only the loss claim will be included, not the damage claim

2. Dangerous goods and prohibited goods will not be included in the claim (for example: compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquids, acid and alkali corrosive goods and other national prohibited goods)

3. Losses or expenses caused by natural loss, intrinsic defects, characteristics and market price rise and fall of goods will not be included in the claim

4. All or part of the loss of goods caused by natural disasters such as bad weather, lightning, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods and natural disasters during transportation

5. Goods that have exceeded the shelf life, warranty period, and delivery period due to force majeure such as weather and customs clearance time will not be included in the compensation

6. Due to customs reasons, you need to cooperate with related operations (including but not limited to paying tariffs), but you refuse to cooperate and the package cannot be delivered according to the time limit promised by the forwarding service provider. The losses, responsibilities and consequences caused by this will be borne by you, and the forwarding logistics provider will not bear any responsibility.
